The Full Story
Hey there, I am Heather McBride (founder). I have a BS in Nutrition from the University of Houston. More important than my education is my difficulties with nutrition. I struggled with an eating disorder during my adolescence and through many years of recovery I discovered that DIETS DON'T WORK! Health is so much deeper than what we eat and how we exercise. Health is about our relationship with food. As a competitive weightlifter I also understand the importance of nutrition in sports and the effects on recovery and performance. I want my services to provide knowledge and lasting results to the everyday individual. I hope to teach clients how to eat for health and happiness.
